WARP · Inaugural Summit
A cross-sector statewide convening advancing reentry, restorative justice, and systems transformation across Washington — built from the ground up to include rural and tribal voices.
WARP brings together corrections professionals, tribal justice practitioners, community-based organizations, policymakers, researchers, and people with lived experience to share what works and build the relationships that move the work forward.
We are actively funding participation from rural reentry organizations across Washington and centering tribal voices as program leaders. Sponsorship of this event directly underwrites travel, lodging, and access costs for organizations that otherwise could not be in the room.
This is a practitioner-focused convening designed for honest, cross-sector dialogue. Not theory. Not performance. What actually works.
Breakout sessions on reentry, housing, behavioral health, employment, and civic engagement led by practitioners and researchers from across the state.
A rare cross-sector space where corrections leaders, tribal practitioners, rural nonprofits, policymakers, and people with lived experience share the same room.
Policy dialogue tied to live reform questions in Washington — actionable learning with real statewide reach, not just inspiration.
Healing-centered, culturally grounded justice models built into every program segment and centered from beginning to end.
